Shipping and returns
If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, returns are to be made within 15 days of purchase, either for a refund or an exchange of a similar product. All return and exchange items must be unwashed and unworn. Please make sure the product is unworn and in the original packaging when picked up for a return. All exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If the product requested is out of stock, we will provide you a full refund and let you know when it has come back in stock.

Return shipping costs are in the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the item sent was faulty.
All orders are processed within one business days at the Morf Headquarters in Kuwait. Shipping within Kuwait will take a maximum of 2 working days or less depending on the number of orders being processed. Morf operates from Sunday to Thursday, and not on public holidays. Once you purchase a product, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the order details.
As of October 2018, we deliver within Kuwait and will expand soon.
